General

Is barbecuing permitted?

Barbecuing is permitted provided it does not cause any nuisance to other guests and a bucket of water is available at all times to extinguish any flames. Fire pits and open fires are not permitted.

Is there WiFi available?

Yes, there is a wireless WiFi network available at the campsite. You can purchase an access code at the reception desk for €1 per day. This allows one user to go online at a time.

Is it permitted to park a vehicle at the campsite or accommodation?

All camping pitches are car-free. Parking is available in the designated areas on the campsite.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed on the campsites (maximum 2). Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the campsite. Dogs are not allowed to be walked on the campsite.

Are young people traveling alone allowed in the park?

No, we do not allow young people traveling alone or groups of young people.

Camping

How many amps of current are there?

Each camping spot has access to a 16-amp power connection.

Is there drainage at the campsites?

All comfort pitches (except those with private sanitary facilities) have drainage. At the rear sanitary building (next to pitch 396), you can empty your chemical toilet, and for campers, there is a camper service point where you can empty your waste water tank.

Is it permitted to place an additional tent next to the caravan?

One additional tent of up to 6m² may be placed next to the caravan at no extra cost.

Are all camping rates inclusive?

The standard rates include tourist tax, use of showers and (hot) water, access to the swimming pool, and play facilities. Electricity is charged according to usage.

When is the recreation team present?

Accommodations

Is there a microwave in the rental caravans?

The chalets are equipped with a combination microwave oven.

Is there a dishwasher in the accommodations?

The BeachLodges have a dishwasher, but the luxury chalets do not.

Are pets allowed in the accommodations?

Pets are not allowed in chalets.

Arrival & departure

What if I arrive later than the reception opening hours?

We will leave an envelope for you next to the reception door, containing everything you need and directions to the location.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Camping pitches: arrival from 1:30 p.m., departure before 11:00 a.m.*. Rental caravans: arrival from 3:30 p.m., departure before 10:00 a.m.

* For private sanitary facilities, the bathroom can be used until 10:00 a.m. at the latest. (That is when the cleaners start their rounds).

Facilities & opening hours

Is the swimming pool also accessible to visitors?

No, our swimming pool is only accessible to guests staying at our campsite.
